PipeIPTV<\/strong> is not responsible for the video\/audio content and does not guarantee nor claim any rights to the content. PipeIPTV<\/strong> is just a reseller for many providers. Channels & VOD in any package are subject to update, change, or removal at any time without prior notice.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

PipeIPTV<\/strong>\u2019s responsibility is limited to activating the subscription for the agreed-upon period. As proof, a screenshot showing the expiration date will be sent to the client\u2019s registered email.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

1.<\/b> Subscription Usage<\/strong><\/h4>\n

<\/p>\n

One subscription equals one connection. You cannot use more than one device per subscription at a time. Any attempt to use more than one device simultaneously may result in the permanent termination of your subscription.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

2.<\/b> Client Responsibility<\/strong><\/h4>\n

<\/p>\n

The client is responsible for sending their device information, including device type, model, the app used, and their MAC address (if applicable). If device information is not provided within the order notes, we will send an M3U format, which cannot be changed.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Our providers may perform maintenance on their servers from time to time without an estimated time frame. Buffering, freezing, and non-working content are common in any IPTV service worldwide, and you may experience these issues.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

3.<\/b> Service Activation<\/strong><\/h4>\n

<\/p>\n

The client is responsible for understanding how IPTV works and the nature of the service. Any IPTV package could be replaced with another in case of unavailability.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

IPTV subscription credentials are typically sent to the client\u2019s registered email within one business day after receiving clear payment.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

4.<\/b> Service Cancellation\/Hold<\/strong><\/h4>\n

<\/p>\n

You do not need to inform us if you plan to cancel or place your subscription on hold. Your subscription will automatically cancel or be placed on hold once you reach the end of your current subscription duration. No payment is required to cancel or hold your subscription.<\/p>\n

5.<\/b> Content & Service Packages<\/strong><\/h4>\n

<\/p>\n

The provision of any package may vary, and we reserve the right to add or remove any service without prior notice.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

PipeIPTV<\/strong> is a service transporter only. Hence, a service may be changed (added\/removed) according to broadcasting laws.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

6.<\/b> Insurance<\/strong><\/h4>\n

<\/p>\n

PipeIPTV<\/strong> does not provide any insurance for any services.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

7. <\/b>Payment<\/strong><\/h4>\n

<\/p>\n

Payments are handled by secure gateways. To pay using your credit or debit card, your card must be 3D authenticated for approval by our payment gateway processors.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

If a transaction fails, contact your bank and ask them to allow the transaction and enable 3D authentication.<\/p>\n
